Doctors and staff at Macklin Street Surgery in Derby are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, raised blood pressure and chronic lung disease, and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person health checks.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.

You can also take a look at our Practice Booklet.

Accessing the surgery

Both surgeries are accommodated entirely on the ground floor and are both accessible via automatic doors. At Macklin street we offer accessible parking adjacent to the ramp leading to an automatic door.

Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.

It is based on one simple question:

"How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment"?"

Your feedback will help us to learn more about what you think of your experience when attending surgery, what you like and what you think we could improve.  Please could you click on the link titled Friends and Family Test.
